Hi, I am Toni!

Mom, wife, business owner. Esthetician, lash artist, sugarista. Chef, cleaning woman, grocery shopper. Confidante, problem-solver, soul-mate. Marketer, website builder, accountant. Designer, handy-man, architect. Student, teacher, employee. Blogger, researcher, fact-checker. Seductress, enchantress, sex-kitten.

All before 8am in the morning.

Did you see yourself anywhere in that list?

There is not a woman in existence who doesn't or wouldn't.

Dangnabit! That darn 1980's Enjoli commercial still plays in my head!

"For the 24-hour woman. The 8-hour perfume". Seriously?

I can bring home the bacon, fry it up in the pan, and never, never, ever let him forget he's a man 'cuz I'm a woman...Enjoli.

Women are expected to be 24-hour women and even the cologne is applauding itself for only surviving 8-hours.

Is the 24-hour a day thing overwhelming? You bet it is!!!

I'm here to tell you, there is a loop-hole to the overwhelming, stressful, arduous day-to-day being of a 24-hour adult. It's called a NAP. Shhhhhh.

You say, "We are adults and adults don't have time to nap. Children have time to nap. I'm too busy from one task to the other, being everyone to everybody, that I have to forgot the power of the nap".

Let me remind you why it is important...

According to the Harvard Health Publishing:

  1. We need 7 1/2 to 8 hours of sleep. (Who on earth is this person?)

  2. It is a myth that as we get older we need less sleep. (I can attest to this...I have just gotten better at being sleepy all the time)!

  3. Napping does not disrupt night-time sleep; it actually increases it by 20 minutes to 65 minutes, depending on the length of your nap time. (Longer nap times increased night-time sleep by quality and time).

  4. Naps do not increase or cause daytime sleepiness. It actually helps to eliminate.

  5. 'Napping increased the time spent in slow-wave and rapid-eye-movement (REM) sleep, which are thought to play important roles in restoring the body and brain.'

  6. Napping was found to improve daytime function and cognitive ability.

Still can't figure out how to add a nap to your day and still feel productive?

Ahhhhh! This is where I come in.

Get a facial. Not the facial that lasts 30 minutes and involves equipment and needles. The good old fashioned facial that feels so amazing you lull right off to sleep. You wake up GLOWING and RESTED.

That is an extra hour of sleep in your day, amounting to an extra 20 minutes REM sleep that night, giving you 20 extra minutes of body and brain restoration.

Raise your hand if you think THAT SOUNDS EFFIN' AMAZING.

Get lash extensions. That is a 2-3 hour nap, where you are forced to keep your eyes closed, (so you might as well sleep). After one month, or 2 visits, you will have taken a two-hour nap at least 2x's that month. (And if you fit a facial in you will have given yourself 6 hours of uninterrupted extra sleep for the month). So please turn off your phone!

The plus plus plus is that every morning you gain back 20-30 minutes to your morning routine not having to fool with mascara and eyeliner. Might as well sleep in a little longer. Yes, ma'am, you're welcome.

Get a lash lift. This gains you a 1 & 1/2 hour nap every 6 weeks. Once again, add a facial and you have increased that to 2 1/2 extra sleep hours in a month. Give it time, it will add up. It's like roll-over minutes, but for your body.

Why not let me pamper you into a longer, more prosperous, more thoughtful, more healthier, more regenerative, more retrospective lifestyle?

I've got the time and the ability. You have the inclination.

There is absolutely no reason NOT to add self-care to your TO-DO-LIST.

Look better, Feel better, Be better.
